Contact us as soon as possible after placing an order if you need to cancel. A cancellation may not be possible once an order has already entered processing or shipment.
How cancellations work
- Customers who need to cancel an order should contact Classy Hair and Wigs LLC as soon as possible after placing the order.
- A cancellation may not be possible once an order has already entered processing or shipment. We will confirm whether the order can still be cancelled.
- When an order can be cancelled before processing or shipment, we confirm the cancellation and issue any applicable refund.
- Refunds for approved cancellations are issued to the original payment method.
